"Upper tier management is very judgemental and impersonal. Not a type of work environment that promotes outside involvement with fellow employees. If you are looking for a place to belong, or make personal connections with, look elsewhere.

"The diretor in sports and fitness is very impersonal and when conflicts arise, she will ignore you much like a teenager. It is common practice for her to walk by without acknowledging your presence and take credit for your work."
