"Upper management runs hot and cold. One minute, they're biting your head off, the next, they're sweet as can be. The majority of the employees are women yet upper management seems to be wholly insensitive or ignorant of how to treat women in the workplace. This gets even worse if you're on the young side, because then you're seen as doubly incompetent."
