"While they have attempted to overcome the "boys' club" atmosphere that is endemic to the construction industry through more diverse hiring practices and company-wide training, they still have a long way to go. Some of the management team still treat employees, women in particular, as if they and their work are not integral to company functions as a whole. It's a shame, because the benefits are quite good, and they do attempt to give a good work-life balance to employees."
