"You have to advocate for yourself. Policies are not outstanding, but in general I have found that they take care of good people. The company is evolving, but it's been slow."

"They provide a lot of opportunity to learn, and have a great women's resource network, but they don't value the work/life balance part of the equation very well. Good at promoting women into leadership positions."
