"When I started here 6 months ago, it was a pretty laid back department. Now, the director has emailed us a copy of the employee handbook with certain areas highlighted. The highlighted areas regard many things such as getting to the office on time and taking only 45 minutes for a lunch break. Everyone in my department is a hard worker and we all felt it was not necessary to email us such stringent rules when no one has broken any of them."
