"There are a lot of women working here, but men are often the ones in leadership positions and most quickly promoted. Most of the female employees are drastically underpaid, with women of color often receiving the lowest salaries. One co-worker-- an African American woman with a graduate degree -- discovered she was making over $10k less than an entry-level white woman. "

"Its a strong sense of community here, but the few men who are on staff advance faster than women and have less to prove."

"The flexibility really depends on which department you are in and what role you play. Personally, I am not allowed to telecommute but I believe most of the other positions are."
