      "It seems okay at first, lots of programs and in-house fun events, leadership challenge, etc. After a while you see no women in actual positions of power. Women are not given the same advancement opportunities as the men no matter the position. When you try to advance, make suggestions/changes, etc you’re not taken seriously. It doesn’t matter what role you are in here - manager or engineer. If you’re a female you’re here to hold the guys hands, setup lunches, organize parties and make sure the kitchen is stocked. You’d be alright here for a year maybe two max but that’s it. "

      "I had a very supportive manager and many are here, the issue is overall Senior Management won’t make necessary changes. It doesn’t matter how supportive your manager is it doesn’t help change anything, all they can do is listen to you. "
