"I absolutely love my job and the organization. Kindercare offers me a work/life balance that I haven't had in other positions. Not only do I feel supported but also my children are getting an amazing education and I have seen first hand how much they have grown not only with what they are learning but also the social aspect.

"Our leadership team is always encouraging us to take all of the time away that we need to ensure our families and home life are taken care of. They are very supportive and will assist wherever it is needed, and providing all of the flexibility we need to do so. "

"I have been at KinderCare for over ten years. It's a wonderful place to work. The culture is strong, focused on employee engagement, leaders are supportive, and you can grow your career by doing great work and building collaborative relationships. The work we do is meaningful - we are impacting children's lives and supporting working women and families every day.
