"The corporate culture is much better than at the plants. In the plants there is very little work-life balance. If you try to establish it for yourself you will be ostracized, regardless if you are female or male. Annual reviews are very biased and have to fit a bell-curve. Definitely an environment that values "the squeaky wheel.
On the positive side, good pay and great benefits."

"My location has been in a state of chaos for the previous 2+ years. Multiple leaders have been hired and let go. There has also been a large increase in corporate involvement/oversight that has resulted in destabilization of my location. A new location manager has been hired, too earlier to determine his success."

"In my department, I've had great flexibility in working from home, flexible hours, etc. Not all departments support the same level of autonomy as mine however. "
