"Don't come here if you plan on having kids, or if you want to have a work-life balance. It's an old school company with old school mentality. "

Did you take Maternity leave?
"Yes"
3 Weeks Paid | 7 Weeks Unpaid
"Horrible maternity leave. Horrible. Disability is at state level (California is 6 or 8 weeks). You can use FTO to supplement the CA pay. Bonding is 3 weeks paid 100% by Keysight. This measly bonding time runs concomitantly with CA state's bonding leave (which is 6 weeks). So, after the first 3 weeks, paid by Keysight, you get 3 more weeks paid at a % of your salary. If you still have FTO left over, you can use FTO to supplement. Then, after these 6 weeks of bonding, your paid leave ends. You go on unpaid leave, and that's where you not only don't get paid, but receive invoices from the company for your health insurance premiums and other. If you're bonus eligible, you also don't get the bonus that accumulated during the periods that you were on disability or bonding leave.
For pregnant women, keep in mind that the parking lots are very wide and far from the front door, and you won't get a parking spot close to the door. The HR will direct you to apply for a handicapped plaque, so you can park in one of the 30 empty handicapped spaces that the company is required to hold by law. There are also about 40 executive and privileged parking spaces designated to the management (all of whom are male, except 1). Nobody deems is necessary or preferable to remove ONE of those 40 spaces to give to a heavily pregnant woman who otherwise has to schlep across a 1/4 mile-parking lot.
Paternal leave is also not very respected. Because it's only 3 weeks, people treat paternity leave as a long vacation. When the person is out, the discussion is like "you can send him an email, he checks it once in a while" or "he's out for a very long time, he'll be back in 2 weeks."
This company has no respect or care about pregnant employees or those who have kids. "

"There are no women in executive positions, and only 1 woman on the Board (who is not up for reelection). This employer feels like a boys' club, and while they say (albeit, not very loudly) that they support inclusion, etc, they are not taking any steps to show that they mean it. "

"Many people can work from home from time to time. The company is tolerant of people having flexible hours. "

"Parental leave is 3 weeks paid. An aberration. Paternity leave is 3 weeks. Maternity leave is 3 weeks + state law. In California, maternity leave is 6 weeks of disability at 75% of salary, plus 3 weeks (CA bonding) at 55% of salary (technically, this is 6 weeks in California, but Keysight pays 3 of those weeks at 100%, which is their sole benefit). Everything else is unpaid leave, which the company allows its employees to take. While their flexibility is generous on its face, it is a shell perk, because it is not something breadwinning women can afford to take. "
