"Interesting work, stable employment, good time off policies (including 9/80 schedules), great healthcare benefits. Compensation doesn't keep up with market rate, but that's something men and women face equally (not just solely an issue for women). "

"I've worked here for almost 5 years. Women are represented at about industry standard but they're are not many women in the top leadership positions. The culture is very similar to the Navy culture, and took getting used to. It takes a certain personality to get a long with the people in leadership, and it does tend to be a "boys club." Men and women are treated equally on paper, but women engineers seem to end up in project management and away from the most technically challenging work. I did report a man to HR for harassment and did not face retaliation or see a negative impact on my career, so that is a positive! No maternity leave."
