"Since I started, the company has made moves to be better in terms of benefits and culture. They're now offering 6weeks paid maternity and 3 weeks vacation for new hires. However, there are parts of the company that fall behind due to higher managerial oversight. This seems a product of being a large company so some managers are more progressive than others. Kind of luck of the draw in what you get. If you're a female engineer, prepare to deal with the "boys club" a lot."

"There is no maternity leave - only FMLA. They need more women in leadership roles but I feel I am treated equally and generally enjoy working for the company."
