"It's a stable company, though COVID definitely hit their market. HR routinely asks for your current/last salary when making an offer and will base their offer off that, creating huge pay discrepancies within the same job title, and refuse to negotiate, often giving a 24 hr exploding offer. So if you're asked your current salary don't make the mistake of being honest like I did - lie and give a bigger number."
