"Please seek out all your options. There are brokerages all over that are genuinely supportive of a balanced life, a diverse world, and don't have this 'with us or against us' cult feel."

"Agents are independent contractors, so technically the hours are as flexible as you would like to schedule them. But the culture is very grind or die, and leadership will openly mock or degrade people who aren't putting in endless hours. "
