"
If I were to tell another woman about working here, especially as a neurodivergent individual, I'd share that my experience has been a mix of challenges and opportunities. One of the most significant hurdles I've faced is navigating the often unspoken expectations of office politics, which can be more difficult for neurodivergent employees who process information differently or require accommodations to perform at their best.
An example of this would be when I was told that access to tools and resources was a perk of how well I could navigate neurotypical office politics. While it's important to highlight that neurodivergent individuals shouldn't have to "earn" accessibility through navigating an environment that is often not designed with their needs in mind, this comment made it clear that the support I received was contingent on my ability to adapt to the traditional corporate culture, rather than being seen as a standard of inclusivity.
For other women, especially those who may be neurodivergent, I’d say that while there may be some challenges in terms of fitting into a system that is not always accommodating, it's crucial to advocate for the tools and resources you need. It's also vital to push for a culture shift where accessibility is viewed as a right, not a perk. It's important to find a supportive network within the organization, and when possible, seek out leaders and colleagues who genuinely understand and advocate for neurodiversity."

"The hours and work pace are very high (and with such a large organization I can only speak to my specific area) but the flexibility was great on our team. I was able to manage my own calendar and block certain times if needed for appts, meals, meetings, etc. "

"This is not a bad place to work (at least in the group I was in). Though there is not a ton of diversification represented at the management levels I was always treated fairly and with respect."
