"What would I tell another woman about working here? Launch Potato really embraces its value of "No BS." There is never any political nonsense or gossip, and women and men are treated equally. The Talent team constantly talks openly about unbiased compensation methodology and walks through it with you. I believe women have actually been promoted more than men based on the time I've been here. I'd 110% recommend Launch Potato as a place to work for women. "
