      "In the social services department employees are typically exempt salary positions that work at least 50 hours a week. Some Executive Directors will micromanage this position too which is unsettling when giving so much of yourself to your employer. The company turns a blind eye on the heavy work load and offers scarce training on how to complete the job. Employees in this department show up early and are often times the last of the administrative staff to leave the building. Social Workers are the lowest paid of upper management staff. Burn out and turn over are high. "
