"Your experience may hinge greatly on your direct supervisor, and Legacy loves to overwork their managers. I had two managers in my 7 years at Legacy. The first retired after spending her entire 40+ year career with the organization and made it look easy, but her successor had more difficulty managing almost 50 direct reports. This put a lot of pressure on department supervisors and is ultimately what pushed me out. Women and men are treated equally and fairly, and the atmosphere is friendly and collegial, but policies and benefits don't go beyond the basics to support wellness or work-life balance."
