"Look at the department closely, ask what the turnover is and why, listen closely, don't expect help from HR at any point."

"Treasury is worst, lots of talk of work-life balance but doesn't exist, women compete with women rather than lift up each other, Treasurer just promoted to CFO but she is part of boys club and does nothing to reach out beyond her management or peers. Nice person, terrible manager for the company."
