"I have never worked at a company that cares so deeply about creating a great workplace for everyone. The entire company has a 50:50 gender balance, every team (including engineering) is at least 40% female, and over half of leadership roles are held by women. It's a place that actively practices inclusion and it shows up in every decision made and in little ways in the office every day. "
