"LoanMe Marking Department is a very hostile work environment for women. CMO is unqualified and highly competitive with other women. There are constant threats and public humiliation in front of the team due to her own insecurities. She surrounds herself with subservient and childlike staff and public humiliation is her method of choice in dealing with those who might challenge or disagree with her. "
