"This is a company geared to female athletes. It is owned by two men, one of whom is not at all discreet in his favor of the very young, cute women he hires. He takes them to breakfast offsite, he brings them snacks and doughnuts, he sits ON their desks and chats with them, he uses the arm of the chair they are sitting in as a leg rest. Male managers' opinions are trusted, while women are berated. This is a workplace that is hostile to women. Period. "

"Depending on the owner's mood and how much he likes or dislikes you, your schedule can be very flexible. There is great inconsistency from one person to the next. Several employees coach high school, club and/or university teams. Some are permitted to leave work early to coach, and are not scrutinized about time spent away from the office, while others are managed down to the minute to ensure that all forty hours have been accounted for.
