"Lowe's at the store and field level is a great company to work for. Corporate, not so much. No remote, have to relocate to Charlotte, NC. Salaries are sub par at best."

"Under previous leadership, I would have been extremely reticent to join Lowe's based on their reputation of not fully embracing gender, ethnic, and lgbtq diversity within the stores. However, leadership has been diligent in recent years to do everything they can to talk the talk and walk the walk when it comes to making sure everyone feels safe and included in all aspects of the job. It's a heavy lift to repair a bruised reputation, but I feel leadership has us on the right track."
