"If you want to work in receiving and there isnt another woman on your team I wouldnt work in that position. You work hard but dont get recognized. Lack of management cases the team to do what they want. As long as they get the fright of. They dont care how you do it. "

"It depends you have so many different levels of management and they are almost always men. Some of the managers are very understanding of your needs and some couldn't care less as long as they get a pay check."
