"Worked in a predominantly femme team and it was a great experience. However, if you are melanated you are definetly a minority and your chances of being the only one are high."

"It's an awesome university, but your mileage may vary depending on department because it is very de-centralized. I've found it to be lovely to work for."

"LMU has no maternity leave; you must use what is offered by the state of California with no monetary assistance from the university. Eliminated abortion coverage from healthcare insurance policy."
