"While the ration of women as engineers is low, there are women in UX, product, and positions of leadership in tech. I have never experienced any bias, and have always been wonderfully supported and respected by my male teammates. I wish there was a more concrete effort increase diversity in hiring, i.e. stated goals. HR says they are working on it, but it would be nice to see a documented plan."
