"Tough company culture; especially for those from the North America as high number of individuals are from Eastern European countries. They tend to come off as abrupt and rude. Experience and perspective of the company depends on the department and surrounding colleagues. For internal/back office staff, there is little respect and appreciation than those that are placed on client sites. No bonuses and/or annual increases. Salary level is below market range."
