      "This company is a cesspool for racists and sexists they have a culture that supports discriminatory acts and fosters low morale. The discrimination is rampant throughout its management team and founders with any attention drawn to it resulting in retaliatory acts. This is not a safe place for people of color as it enforces a work environment of unfair workloads and higher performance expectations for its minority employees. The entire staff has complained about the lack of training and resources available to perform essential job duties. Their DEI(Diversity Equity and Inclusion) is a joke led by individuals who are not diverse and have no idea what changes need to take place. This company doesn't follow government/state regulations(they don't report the wages of their staff and avoid tax regulations or pay required unemployment insurance) and they hide behind predatory NDAs and non-compete agreements with the hopes of silencing those discriminated against. This company is a ticking time bomb. Read the other review about POC. They hid behind fictitious "good" reviews made by current employees pressuring them to submit glowing reviews in an attempt to combat honest reviews. The only recommendation I have for POC that choose to work here is document, document... record, record!!!! This will be the easiest EEOC law suite in history. Know your right's"
