"Take the position to make your ends meet, but continue to either look for work elsewhere, or educate yourself and then use that education elsewhere."

"My manager was the smartest woman I have ever met, and had 2 phd's, she encouraged me, and groomed me and promoted me as soon as she could. Although she was overqualified for her position, she was openly condescended and later fired for wanting more information on promotion critera. My time with her as my leader were probably my best ever. "
