"Overall the company culture is good, I always felt respected and worked with a pretty diverse group of people. However, company leadership is not well aligned with what is going on at the ground level. I got caught up in a company reorg where my department was dissolved and everyone was split up and migrated into a few different places. The middle managers who inherited teams didn't even really know what those teams did, and seemed to be just as in the dark about the whole thing as the individual contributors. "

"If you’re from the BIPOC community your chances for moving up to manager level are slim. If you do make it that far that’s the ceiling. There are no people of color in senior leadership unless DEI is attached to their title. "
