"The hours are good, but the company's work from home policy can be non-existent, depending on the team. If there is no option to work from home from time to time, it becomes prohibitive for women to raise families."

"There are a lot of women in leadership roles and men and women seem to be generally treated equally in advancement and opportunity. However, they have room to go in providing flexibility and benefits to make it more working-parent-friendly."

"I worked here for 4 years (2004-2008), as my first job out of college/grad school. There are many women working in the Corporate organization, especially at the entry level. I feel that men and women were treated similarly. However, there were not a lot of networking or benefit opportunities for women."
