      "In general, Mad Mobile is a good place to work if you are looking for a fast paced, growth organization. I don't think the culture caters to women, but it isn't unfriendly to women either. There is flexibility in the work schedule, good benefits, and managers are understanding about life and as long as work gets done. There can be marathon days for projects on a deadline, but also allowances for time away to balance this. If you are looking to be part of a company innovating in the enterprise mobile applications space, Mad Mobile is a great place to be. "

      "While the pool of women at are small, we are growing and the core executive team in very interested in hiring qualified women in the company. We actively discuss how we could benefit from more women, and racial diversity in our team. The majority of our recent hires have been women. While work from home is not a policy, we do offer work flexibility to enable work from home when needed. I take advantage of this when my daughter is sick or if I have a contractor coming to our house. And I encourage my team to do the same. "
