"It's obviously a super cool place to work. There are a lot of benefits that you can't find anywhere else, such as live shows, games, and events, and incredible connections. However, it's a fast-paced, time-consuming place to be. A lot of work goes into making sure these events go off without a hitch. Sometimes, that can mean long hours. It can also be a somewhat competitive environment, especially if you're part of the internship programs (like I was). Having a great team and wonderful mentors can really make or break the experience, though. I'm incredibly grateful for the supportive team I got to work with, and definitely found myself growing a lot while working there. "

"Again, this comes down to your role within the company. It also depends on the time of year, as some seasons are much busier than others. Prepare for long hours. Also be prepared for slow periods in between the madness. "

"The brands and events you get to work on are unparalleled in the sports and entertainment space. However, the day-to-day culture does not reflect that. There is an expectation to be on 24/7, there is a huge lack of empowerment and recognition and employees are spread too thin."

"Unfortunately MSG has a very "good old boys" mentality with little work life balance. They did just add a maternity policy of 12 weeks paid leave, which is great. "
