"Unfortunately MSG has a very "good old boys" mentality with little work life balance. They did just add a maternity policy of 12 weeks paid leave, which is great. "

"Expect to be working in a boys club. It is entertainment after all. But the hours are pretty fantastic (typically 9:30/10-6/6:30) and they are flexible with doctors appointments, etc. Lots of smart and experienced people in this company. It's the best of the best afterall. Pay isn't great but it's worth it for a few years for the experience. They have the money to pay you - negotiate."
