"This university started as a women's college so you would hope that it is a great place for women to work. However, employees are underpaid and underappreciated. This school also promotes a highly liberal ideology which may be offensive to some people. Raises are very few and far between. Do not expect yearly raises because they don't happen here. Getting a COLA raise is usually cancelled out by rising costs for health insurance increases or loss of some other benefit."

"Be prepared to be underpaid and underappreciated. Raises are very seldom coming (once in the last 15 years). Benefits have been cut over the years as well while cost of health insurance just goes up. "
