"This is a very male-dominated environment. There is only a single female c-suite officer across the entire global organization. Women are treated as workhorses. I've watched the COO bark at my VP boss to take notes in multiple meetings as if she were his personal assistant. Men are never treated this way. "

"The organization is typically male dominated when it comes to leadership positions. However for those women that have demonstrated success, promotion opportunities are available. Similar to other companies, women need to work harder to differetiate themselves to be considered an option."
