"The company seemed to really be making efforts to be inclusive and supportive and encourage work-life balance, wellness, diversity, etc. But how that plays out varies across teams, and also I'd want to keep an eye on how this continues to play out for the long term.

"I enjoyed working there immensely, and was happy to learn that they decided to go to remote (or co-working spaces if you wanted in cities they had offices). The compensation was average to below average based on what I have seen for similar roles. They also had active ERGs, which was encouraging."

"The manager I had when I was hired was very supportive, however, with the merging of other agencies into the Material+ family, my role reported to a new manager. She was fine, but it was not the same level of support."
