"Don't be afraid to ask for what you need or what you don't understand. The management culture values and considers feedback even if they don't ask for it. For the woman who is comfortable speaking out about what is needed, there are paths to change with that person involved in the solution that could affect her and others. Just don't expect it to happen all on it's own accord."
