"There are women that work in IT in McDonald's but very few in leadership roles. There isn't a lot in the way of mentors or assistance. Its a very male driven group. They do offer flexibility and a good work/life balance, which is appealing but I can be hard knowing that there isn't a lot of opportunity for growth. It really depends on how you focus on your career and what you want out of the role. "
