"Male employees overall seem to treat women like they’re insignificant. When we were in office, there was one guy who would walk by me in a rather wide hallway and put his hands behind his back, as though I was going to jump out and accuse him of something. They have cameras everywhere in the office, so not sure how that’s possible.
Be ready to advocate for yourself as this company will do everything they can to not offer pay increases, and they consider a state increase in minimum wage a pay raise. "

"This manager is ok, but he definitely is on the defensive most of the time. Will not communicate any significant way via email. Is sometimes non responsive. Will call some people out in meetings when it should be done one on one. Demands respect for them men and belittles women. "
