"The sales side of the organization is encouraged to say or do virtually anything to close a sale. This sales methodology leads to a lot of unhappy clients on the client services side of things. No part of the sales process is honest, and the sales consultant can discount a $12,000 to $2,000 on closing day. Also really immature, petty WEIRD office politics and forced hanging out at least twice a month every Friday. It's very close-knit not in a healthy way but in a way to force everyone to overwork constantly. "
