"Focus on doing well and surrounding yourself with people that support you. Be vocal about your expectations and ambitions. This is a company that rewards hard work, provides you all the resources to be successful, and actually cares about your success. The biggest frustrations I hear from women in the entry level sales role are complaints about their peers. If you’re able to ignore the detractors and work closely with your manager, you’ll be successful. "
