"As an institution, Merrimack is plagues by financial and cultural issues.
Pros: paid parental leave, great vacation package.
Cons: leadership is volatile, change is refused or at least resisted across many departments, communication is poor. Diversity and inclusion is a joke, and some employees are blatantly racist in personal and public situations. "
