"Women/Men and really all employees are treated respectfully and managers take time to provide support and resources needed to help each person have the best experience they can have! Employee care at FB is a priority for leadership and they ensure that no compromises are made. "

"Great place to balance work and early motherhood if applicable to you. Some of my favorite benefits for mothers include lactation rooms (equipped with hospital grade pump, sink, racks and anything needed to pump) + flexibility around work hours to accommodate pumping times, reimbursement of milk shipping when traveling for work."
