"This is a great place to work however if you are just starting your career there is very little development and compensation is not the best. "

"While it has great policies for parental leave and has flexible work from home policies, it’s very difficult to rise up the ranks at Facebook as a pm without working all hours of the day. "

"Research the team before you join and talk with direct reports of the manager candidly. Most managers are great but a not so great one can be very difficult to live with."
