"This company has little respect for its employees and has very high turnover. It's a terrible place to work with little work-life balance and senior management has no desire to change and grow. "

"My department doesn't have an issue with imbalance, but I think that drastically varies from department to department here. I recommend making sure there is a woman as part of your interview process- and if not, don't hesitate to ask for one. This isn't a place for people who are willing to let others walk over you, you have to come in every day prepared to advocate for yourself and your ideas/work."
