"They have done a lot in the last few years to try to be competitive with larger companies. They already paid better than others in the area and already had great PTO (start at 14 hours a month, goes to 20 hours a month after 5 years). My last job I only got 2 weeks a year. They've added short term disability so that your maternity leave can be paid without having to save up 12 weeks of PTO. They just added onto the building more than doubling it in size. They used to be a little inflexible about schedules but they are improving so some were able to switch to part time. I do not feel they discriminate against anyone. There is good diversity both in management and the staff."

"Should be under 35 to be accepted by laboratory management. Very cliquish and young team makes anyone older feel inferior and definitely not welcome."
