"The benefits are great here. Super casual dress code and environment, but still professional. People are respected by their work ethic and contributions, rather than status or appearance. We have a great maternity/paternity/adoptive leave policy. However, we haven't yet adopted a successful work from home policy (upper management discourages it), even though we're a tech company and most work can be done remotely (lacking trust of employees to get job done remotely)."
