"They do not allow remote based work during Covid, and forces people to go to Milwaukee or Chicago offices before vaccines were available for children. They also force people to move in order to be promoted. The company is very flat and promotions are rare. The leadership is predominately white male and has been that way for decades. The maternity leave is 15 weeks (they use 5 of your sick days) and the pumping room is tiny. You do not have your own office of availability to pump in privacy. I did not feel supported as a mother during the pandemic."

"Historically, this is a great company and a great place to work. Be aware that there is a *lot* of change going on,... and the friendly, positive culture that we have known may be shifting - based on power dynamics and market challenges."
