"I cannot recommend this company as a place for a woman to thrive in her career. This is a company is all about how much money the owner, based in TX, can take in. If you desire a career in manufacturing operations, then there are far better companies in the US where you will be treated with greater dignity and respect. The management based at the HQ in PA is completely out of touch with the needs of most of the employees."
